Okay so here goes. My goal this week is 90 minutes (30 mins for 3 days) and so far I'm 0/90.
Determined to make it 30/90 by the end of today!

It is flippin' cold here today - it is snowing nearby (not here exactly) so I think I am going to do my stepper for 30 minutes tonight.

Goal: Work out at least four days this week.
Mon: 30 minutes Windsor Pilates (done!)
Tue: nothing!
Wed: 45 mintutes Fat Burning Yoga
Thu: 30 minutes Windsor Pilates
Fri: 30 minutes Pilates for Dummies
Sat: 45 minutes Fat Burning Yoga
Sun: 45 minutes Fat Burning Yoga

Good Morning!
Ok - I truly suck! LOL - I never worked out again last night. I had the best of intentions after I got home from getting groceries, but my husband was home with company when I returned. I guess it's really not my fault, but I will have to buckle down and do it for sure tonight!
How is everyone else doing?

I almost decided to be lazy and take a nap (laid down on my bed and everything) but gave myself a stern lecture and went for a 30 min brisk walk. It actually felt really nice as the weather wasn't too cold or hot!
I know that when company is over it can be hard to get out and escape. I probably wouldn't have exercised either, Lana!
Hopefully you can get out for a walk or do some exercise on your treadmill tonight! I have school again so can't do anything tonight. Tomorrow I have an appointment right after work and then dinner at a friend's house so I'm going to try to rush home quick after my appointment to get in some sort of exercise.
30/90 now! Determined to reach my goal this week!

Ok...so I did one Denise Austin show (I tape them) already this week! I wlll (hopefully) do one tonight and one again tomorrow or Friday. You guys are good motivators. Good thing we're all in this together!

A person doesn't realize how busy their life is until we try to fit in something like this.
It's also easier to get out on my bike - then be stuck in my house - but it is raining here. They are actually calling for snow tonight!
So I will try to get something done tonight!
I will work towards 90 minutes of exercise this week! Hopefully I can get it done tonight, tomorrow and the day after.

That's a good idea to tape those exercise shows! I've tried getting up early to do them, but never thought about taping them. That would be good for me since I get bored with similar routines after a while!

You betcha Ruchie! We are getting snow. My husband said it snowed yesterday morning, but melted as soon as it hit the ground.

You guys are good motivators. I've been having trouble getting back into working out since I was on vacation in July. This Monday I had off, so didn't bother then. But, I did yesterday morning. I skipped this morning, but I guess there's always tonight.
I think I've been getting bored with mine lately too. I have the Leslie Sansone tapes WAP, plus a few of her interval training.
I tried walking my dog in the am, but lately it's been too dark. I thought of trying to do something more interesting like bellydancing or salsa-type dance - I figured that would probably crack me up trying to do and I love to laugh, so maybe I'd get into it - who knows? LOL

Denise Austin is great! I have done her exercise program for years..and she does always mix it up. She does alot with yoga and pilates now and I enjoy that. Thank goodness for VCR's or I would never exercise! I think she is on Lifetime TV at 7 and 7:30!

So how did it go last night, girls?
Sadly, as expected, I didn't get mine done but plan to do at least 20-30 mins tonight before going to a friend's house for dinner. Hopefully I can race home in time.
Still 30/90 - but just have to get 60 mins in by Sunday!

Well now I don't feel so bad because last night I had to go to the doctor - they took about 500 little things of blood from me. I was so tired, so I picked up supper on my way home.
My husband came home and we ate and then MORE COMPANY! You know, it's nice to be like, but honestly - this is ridiculous, LOL.
I will do it tonight for sure. I think I will do my stepper while watching Survivor.

Okay.. bad Jennifer.
I was all set to squeeze in 30 minutes of exercise between an appointment and dinner at my old boss's house. Then in the last 5 minutes of work, I suddenly got drafted to go to the store for kiddie prizes for our company picnic.
So needless to say I did not get my exercise in. However, I've told my friends that I'm unavailable until later tonight so I can definately get my exercise in! And I know I'll get exercise tomorrow because it's our company picnic and the kids want to go swimming and play soccer.

I had such a terrible day yesterday and last night that I just was in no mood to feel like a hamster on a wheel (it was raining again).
So I think I am just gonna forget this week and try to get back into next week! Hopefully that will work better!

Aw.. at least try to get some done this weekend! The weekend is a perfect time because you haven't been stuck at work all day.

Also I read somewhere that one person puts stickers on her calendar everytime she works out so she can look back later and see all the stickers! I'm going to go home and see if I have any cute stickers I can put on my calendar at work so I'm forced to stare at it.
