I have another new job!

So on top of school just starting today and working part time for an interior designer, my dad, trying to get the purse thing off the ground, and nannying in between, I've taken on yet another job. (Cue the accusations of being an overachiver). Real Estate Renderings. Anyways it's pretty fun and a great way to keep up my skills for school and my career.

So my friend's mom is a real estate agent and asked if I could do a watercolor rendering for her from a picture since she likes to give them to clients as a thank you gift. Well after I did the first one she showed everyone in the office and they all thought that was the best idea. So now I've done 4 more this past week and just thought I'd share a few pictures. So basically I've made it a little package deal and I'll frame and mat the original watercolor, and then print 12 notecards with envelopes with the plain pen and marker rendering on them.

So I start with this picture........

And then make the pen and marker rendering.....

And then add the watercolor....

And here's just an example of a couple more..

Just figured I'd share since I had these all scanned into the computer anyhow. I'm excited to get to make all this extra cash and not actually have to put my face in at a job somewhere.

Aww thanks Jen! It's amazing what you can be taught to do though - you hardly need talent anymore these days
