and she is doing well. Michelle is busy with the kids and her big huge dog (not to her but my two dogs only weigh 10 pounds...COMBINED!)

Having a REALLY hard time! I can't go to the hospital unless I'm actively suoicidal. They won't take me. Meds are not doing much. I'm on atavan (was on clonopin) for anxiety. Tegretol for bipolar. Both are getting worse each day.
i see my T and my psych. tom. I'll try to update. I feel positively miserable and writing has been too much lately...
Thanks for thinking of me...sorry I'm so down

Awww, it's nice to be missed  Sorry guys, just have HEAPS happening at the moment, plus I was getting a little too diet obsessed so was just trying to give myself a little space to get over it. I've also been non-IBS related sick, sick, sick so have been trying to rest and get over it somewhat. In the meantime I've become a bit of a lurker again. Don't worry, I'm never too far away. Better go, kids screaming and need to go to bed ASAP

If you have to tell them you are having suicidal thoughts ... tell them. That is the only way they listened to me. My SIL told a therapist that she thought I was faking panic attacks for attention....and ... while I was in the hosp. told me not to come back to stay at their house. The B=tch, and she's an R.N. The story goes on ... but that's another post. Get the help you need ... any way you can. Being in the hosp. actually was a good experience for me. I learned a lot about what goes on in real life, not just my small town sheltered life.
Do what you have to for YOU. You are a good person. You deserve the best.

I am butting my nose in here..since I am a newbie....but it is really nice to see that this forum really does become a second "home".

I'm a newbie, too and it is like home. As soon as I get up the first thing I want to do is boot up and see what's new. I never was one to have too many friends (I had a lot of aquaintances) so it is nice to come here and feel at home.
Oh ... Heather's book just came. I will be reading that this afternoon
