I gained weight on one pill... switched to a low estrogen pill and lost about 10 pounds. However i'm pretty sure that the older you are (not that you're old at all but I think that 35 is considered old in birthcontrol terms) the more estrogen you need in your pill to make it work. I know that when I switched pills the doctor said I was young and didn't need that much estrogen, but as you get older you need more. I gained weight so I didn't feel attractive. 2. They played havoc on my emotions so I was completely bitchy. 3. My sex drive went down the toilet. Of course, I was joking way AFTER I got off this brand and I had stopped crying every 10 minutes!
