Man, I hate tofu. I think that's the one thing keeping me from going veg... I feel like I have to like tofu, or I'll never manage to get enough protein.

Doesn't it surprise you how often our paths seems to be the same? Both pretty sick ibs-wise, both lose tons of weight, both get better, both gain lots of unwanted weight. ha!
