I'm having a very hard time with my fibro atm and I just can't cope with the EFI board. I know it's silly, but I'm feeling guilty.

But anyway, if anyone has any specific questions to ask ME, email me and I'll try to answer. The EFI board's just frying my brain atm.

I'm going away on Friday to work in the regatta that my Dad runs and then we're going to Scotland for 6 days. I'm anxious that I'm not going to enjoy my break cos I feel so darn crap.

Don't worry about the boards. You always go above and beyond. You deserve a break.

Well, as long as you know it's silly.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time with your fibro. Please don't feel guilty - take it easy the rest of this week, feel better, go regat, and have fun!

Linz, if I've learned ANYTHING in the last 2 weeks it's this: take the time you need for yourself or you'll regret it. Rest up, have a good time in Scotland and don't worry. THE EFI board is well policed and we'll get along fine without you for a few days (although we'll miss you! XOXO)

Hugs, Alicia.
