ALWAYS take your meds for these... the tendency is to THINK you are OK now and don't need them, then it comes back. It's a wicked thing... I went thru it with a friend years back, and she finally knows she has to STAY on the meds, forever. Think of them as life-giving nutrients or something... hang in there, girl!

I'm so relieved to know you are doing better. I hate to hear that you have been diagnosed with bipolar, but I'm glad you have gotten treatment and are on your way to recovery! I know your kids will be glad to have their mother home.
As you probably know, I have bp too, so if you have any questions, please let me know and maybe I can answer them. I have tried a lot of the meds. If nothing else, I can be here to support you because I understand completely what you are going through. Even your post last week sounded eerily familiar to me---it sounded exactly what I went through about 6 years ago when I was diagnosed with it.
I have been praying for you, and I will continue to do so. I hope you are home soon and are feeling much better!
