I know I'm a few days late here but wanted to let ya know I use melatonin verry sparsly and I was able to find it in a 3 MICROgram (mcg) dose (normal is 3 MILLIgram - MG) and even that I split in half sometimes

My chiro told me they had it in these really small doses for people who are sensitive like me. Last time I was miserably sick I took ONE NyQuil caplet and slept 16 hours! That was about 3 years ago and I will never be that desperate to sleep again! LOL

And I swim lots and got one of the polyester suits cuz my other ones were literally shedding their elastic on me and I love it. It doesn't have the stretch that lycra does so its tight getting in & out but once on its faboo.

And I will second or third the IBS Hypnosis putting me OUT. I was concerned I wouldn't benefit and the sleep alone is totally worth the price.
