Havin trouble with constipation >:(

I've been havin trouble with constipation and it is really gettin on my nerves! I was goin normally until last Sunday and now I'm havin trouble. Right now my Dr. has told me to take a 10 gram packet of Kristalose in the morning and Benifiber at night. He has stopped me from taking certain laxitives, since they actually caused bad cramps. I am hopin for these things to kick in soon, so I can empty out and stop the pressure build up! I know this sounds gross, but it is really buggin the heck out of me!

Do a search for C on the EAting For IBS boards and you should find some great advice. Metamucil might actually help you to get going faster than Benefiber...but it will cause more gas.
