A property manager is someone who manages all the properties that the company owns.

We are landlords for some properties so I deal with tenants, rent, etc.

It would take pages to go into detail about what I do but that's it explained in its simplist form.

Yah I go to night school as well. I end up not having a whole lot of free time but it will all pay off in the end.

I am getting ready to graduate college in December! I will have a BA in Art and minor in Art History. Right now I am working at the Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte teaching kids art for summer camps and I love it! I plan to go back and get my masters in Art and teach elementary. I also paint murals as a side job for businesses and nursurie.. I have all sorts of side jobs like painting people's pets, children and their homes! I keep pretty busy

I'm technically doing "research" for the Department of Defense. As I mentioned in the "How Long" thread, it's my fourth time back, but it's my third supervisor (same as last year). It doesn't look like I'm doing a whole lot of anything substantial, but what can you do?

Do you mind if I ask how you are managing to afford school? I believe I read that you go to Western...I just find it so expensive and I'm can't seem to juggle it. I'd love to continue on and get my Masters and PhD, but I must just suck in the budgeting department or something because I can't seem to make it work

I'm a gardener, sort of. My job is looking after plants in offices, but I'm going to start a correspondence course soon to get a qualification....the aim is to end up as a garden designer. I LOVE designing.

HOWEVER, I'm trained as a Meteorologist and worked as one for 2 years after graduating. But I only trained in that so I could become a professional yacht racing navigator...and IBS kinda put paid to that idea! And office meteorologists work long shifts in cities, which was hell with the FIbro.

LOTS of career changes in the past few years! This one I want to stick with. I always did Science at school, college, etc b/c that was what I was best at, but secretely, I've always wished I'd followed the arty route.

I work for a Skilled Nursing Facility in accounts receivable. I do bill the resident's insurance companies for their stay there. I've been in this field for 17 years. I originally started right out of high school in a doctor's office. Then worked in a hospital doing inpatient, outpatient, hemodialysis and other billing. Then when our hospital was bought out, I went to our Skilled nursing facility and have been there ever since. Before children I actually worked two jobs. The other job I worked at night in a dental office doing their billing. My hubby worked second shift at the time and I had nothing else to do so I worked. I think back at that and wonder "was I nuts ".

I am a commercial interior designer. Meaning, I sit behind a computer, use AutoCAD, and see how many cubicles I can fit into a space. It's actually a bit more complex than that, and I enjoy working for the furniture dealer that I am at, but my current "dream" is to finish my romance novel and get it to a publisher. We'll see if that ever happens.
