Heather's site is amazing and very helpful but I'm over loaded with information and thought "The Living Room" would be a perfect place to stay connected to others coping with IBS but not to be consumed by it! A little about myself; I have suffered from IBS for 4 1/2 years now and know the exact cause (that's helpful). Stess has been my #1 issue. I'm working through it though and staying positive. Welcome! Stress is a huge trigger for me too. I worry over things until I get this knot in my stomach. Ugh, I know I shouldn't worry so much about random stuff. Heat and pressure on my tummy are huge triggers for me too.
