I have spent the last few days reading through Heathers "First Year" book & today her "Eating for IBS" cookbook arrived in the post so after a large shopping trip this afternoon I will be starting what I hope will be "The rest of my life" I'm feeling a little nervous as I've been down this road before with other IBS books etc but having read what I have done it makes so much more sense Helen

...but you don't need the luck, you will do just fine! Remember to ask questions as they come up, and also remember that eating well doesn't have to be boring... a common myth that you'll definitely debunk when you start working with Heather's recipes.
