Ever have one of those days when all you want to do is crawl under a big blanket with a hot cup of tea and a good book? That's today for me. I'm having a horrible IBS-C episode and being at work (of course) isn't helping. So I'm sipping my tummy tea at my desk and dreaming of going home.

What do the rest of you do to cope when you're feeling icky at work but have to stick it out until the end of the day? Anyone have any good suggestions?

Hang in there! Just think that before you know it, you WILL be at home under the big comfy blanket. Its not easy when at work, but you have to stay positive. I wish I had the answers to try and take your mind off of it....hugs!!

Oh I've had LOTS of those, except I'm IBS-D.

I drinks LOTS of ginger tea and try to relax. I put on some Enya and use the washroom when I need to. Oh and I take whatever med will help me most.

Good luck!

Thanks for all the suggestions and support, guys. I'm happy to report that I made it through the day and then went home and rested for the night. I'm feeling much better today.
