I'm sure this is pretty far fetched.. but I figured i'd at least ask.
I have to give a presentation next week on Asian Americans and counseling etc.. but my group and I wanted to try to make some asian american or asian desserts for the class that are simple.
Does anyone have any that they really like. I've been looking on the foodnetwork and a few other places, adn i've found nothing.
Oh and it doesn't have to be IBS safe cause the rest of my class can eat anything.
let me know if you have any ideas!

Ashley, I just found one so far, http://chinesefood.about.com/od/desserts/r/preciouspudding.htm my husband (who's Vietnamese) often buys tapioca puddings made with coconut milk (although that contains a lot of fat, so you may not want to make that). A lot of other desserts he gets are some type of gelatin based. There's a few here, http://www.straitscafe.com/menu9.htm, again, the cookies for example seem to call for butter, but I'm sure you can replace that with something more ibs friendly. Hope this helps! Good luck,
