You just about made ME cry, esp. the part about your children. What a blessing your family is! I'm so glad they're there for you - always, but esp in times like this.

Everyone's thankful for the big stuff... I try to find at least 5 little unique reasons to be happy, every day...

1. A longtime internet friend and her gift of Mocha Teeccino , which arrived in the mail today.

2. It may have taken me over an hour to clean out 3 flower beds, but the feeling of accomplishment afterwards, as I relaxed in the yard and looked over my work, was priceless!

3. Blooming daffodils in my backyard!

4. Phone call from my dad.

5. Grilled food... yum!

Wonderful thread for sure! I have a wonderful husband who loves me with all of his heart, two little blessings from God who keep me busy at all times, a boss unlike any other as he lets me put my family first, an incredible group of friends who love me despite my "warts" and a God who blesses me every day with something to smile about. Life is good!

1. Having the courage to fly and overcoming the anticipated anxiety that I had prior to doing it. This was a MAJOR accomplishment for me having anxiety and all. I feel like I can overcome more anxieties now!

2. My WONDERFUL husband who is caring and helpful with all our family and home issues.

3. My two boys who bring me joy everyday!

4. My and my families health. We are all free of dreaded diseases.

5. My job that I've had for 16 years.

6. Having the season of summer shortly arriving!

7. Shopping malls

8. The fact that I can eat anything I want and not gain a pound..(sorry guys

9. My sister, my best friend

10. All my IBS friends that I have made this past year of being on this site. Thanks! You guys are the best!
