The first thing to do is to read through the Diet guidelines (Click "IBS Diet & Recipes" on the left).
If you then have questions about IBS, the IBS diet or the boards, post them in the "Eating For IBS" forum. If you want to chat, post in this forum.

Are you C or D?
Have you got Immodium, Tylenol, Tylenol-plus, peppermint or chamomile tea or a heat pad/hot water bottle available to you now? They're all things that can help. Obviously the Immodium is only for D. And don't use peppermint tea if you have GERDs/heartburn.
