Nearly fell over when I popped in here just now. That's wonderful news Tommy, I'm glad you have found someone so special to you. It's hard to do these days. You're so right. Love and marriage are so far from Roses and Chocolates it's not funny sometimes but yes, DH and I are committed, we've made it through more than I could ever tell people about so I know that despite statistics saying otherwise about young marriages that we'll still be together when we're sitting in our rocking chairs with our walking sticks (I may be bashing him over the head with it but hey, at least we'll be together ).
Of course I wouldn't want you to divulge more info than you're comfortable with, I'm a bit the same with the boards, but I am glad you are so happy. Congratulations, you both have my best wishes for the future.
Edited to add: Sorry, just read a few I'd missed, wow, Tina! I knew you guys had something  Congrats to you both, that's fantastic!

YEs we do live in different countries but it is only an hour via airplane. Not that big of a deal.

Hey Bev, I am not going to get into real specifics here as per my intial posting. But Tina and I have met in person a few times. It is only an hour plane ride from NY City to Ottawa. So she still lives in Ottawa and I still live in NY City.
That is all I have to say really. I think everything else that has been written speaks for itself. Thanks!
