Bloating

Hi all,
I wrote about 6 mos ago re: bloating...my Dr. says it can get really bad, but by nighttime, I can't even close my jeans and I'm having a hard time finding pants that fit (never thought I'd have this problem, since I'm really thin). Can it really get this bad? Any suggestions?

And, yes, it really can get this bad.  I too am very thin but look 6 months pregnant by end of day, sometimes even waking up looking like this. It is very frustrating and disheartening.
Doesn't make you feel very attractive does it!  Bad for self esteem to always feel fat, as much as you tell yourself it's not fat, it's bloat.

search this board the the IBS diet board for past posts... I am doing much better now, but until it was under control I had a ton of issues... I am now much mroe comfy in loose flowing dresses because if I do screw up and bloat I dont' have to worry about it.
