I just want to reply to your post for me on the other board, I've been away a while and unable to reply until now. After having a little time to "chew on" this whole idea, I definitely have a clearer head and more questions for the Dr, including much of what you've shared. I appreciate all the information! We (Eric and I both) are meeting with the Dr for a pre-op appt Wednesday morning, surgery is scheduled for the following Wednesday. We'll be sure to cover all these things.
Thanks for your encouragement, info, etc, will keep you updated!
