Migraine Report -- made it 12 days!

Hi, everybody!
This time I made it 12 days without a migraine, which is the best I've done in a while. My good doc started me on another preventive called Periactin and it seems to be helping.
But I have NO IDEA what triggered this one. I didn't do anything different! It's almost like a static electricity build up -- once it gets to a certain point then you get a shock. It felt like the migraine feeling was building up until finally it had to discharge. Weird!
Anyway, I'm counting my blessings and taking a nap later! Good combination, right?!
