Hi! I am from Ontario and have not been officially diagnosed with IBS, but I have been diagnosed as not having endometriosis. My IBS struggle has been a long one. My symptoms are also co-existing with cysts in my ovaries that give the same effects as IBS symptoms do. I've been having severe problems lately, and saw this site on another message board for another site(totally nrelated) which i freuqent. Just wanted to say hello and let everyone know how happy I feel that after 8 years, I can come here and actually try new foods that might be a good match for my body. Talking with others who also suffer this problem will help me a great deal.
