YEAH! 10 mins on the bike (trainer at home), 20 mins dance aerobic, 5 mins coold down, 30 sit ups, 10 tushy ups, and stretches! Watch out frog...you're about to be out of the pain biz! How I did it: Heather's diet, removed sugar, citrus (migraines), no more naps, sleep same time every night,breaks between "normal" activities (like doing the dishes) esp. on bad days, prayer, caffeine (I don't use it anymore tho!), 6-8 small meals a day, and support from all of you!
