I'm kickin' that frog all the way INTO the water!

YEAH!

10 mins on the bike (trainer at home), 20 mins dance aerobic, 5 mins coold down, 30 sit ups, 10 tushy ups, and stretches!

Watch out frog...you're about to be out of the pain biz!

How I did it: Heather's diet, removed sugar, citrus (migraines), no more naps, sleep same time every night, breaks between "normal" activities (like doing the dishes) esp. on bad days, prayer, caffeine (I don't use it anymore tho!), 6-8 small meals a day, and support from all of you!

See my goals on the Diet Board!

Love y'all!

Alright Ruchie! That amazing attitude will get you far! The fibro will certainly get worried and take off. Who is this girl? I don't think I want to mess with her!

Ruchie you are my inspiration!!! When I have a bad day i think about you and all the pain and suffering you went through and still you were upbeat. That makes me smile and think see my situation isn't so bad.

I am glad you are getting some relief and are able to start fighting this fibro now.

Keep up the good work!

HUGS,
Christie

I'm impressed! You've made that many chances recently? That's terrific.

Now will you come be my trainer? I could use a good kick in the butt!

Kudos to you!

Have you ever considered a gluten free diet for the fibro? I've heard from others that it helps. It's pretty darn hard (I'm on it for gluten intolerance), but it may also help you. Just a thought!

It only helps if you're gluten intolerant ANYWAY or if the Fibro is causing gluten intolerance, which it can do if other symptoms are untreated. GF in itself isn't a solution for Fibro.

Plus I think Ruchie's already tried it!

I knew JenX was doing GF for her fibro, so I thought all fibro had to do GF Thanks for teaching me something new Linz!

BTW, how does one know they have fibro? Is there a certain blood test or other test for the definative diagnosis? What are the symptoms? Suppose I should just do a google search, duh!

JenX is actuially a good example of what I was talking about...she THOUGHT she was gluten-intolerant, but as soon as she got AMbien to help her finally get some sleep, that disappeared! Fibro is a WEIRD illness.
