-done some proper elimination of toxic influences, so to speak. No more construction...I do day labor now. Also, I'm finally pursuing that Bachelor's degree. Hopefully, this next fall...and, will find a better place to live for the sake of sanity. I've learned that there are many good reasons why most men approaching the big 4-0 do not live with their aging parents! It's been five years with them, now. Part of a "life rehab" process is finding an apartment w. the help of appropriate resources. And, to keep it "give and take" I am starting a wellness group at a local residential care facility. -will give back to my community. But, the most important thing that has come along is a good social support network. I welcome you all and I hope you welcome me.

Thank you and I look forward to getting to know some of you, better.
