I got my second migraine in four days today. That's after going 28 and 25 days between the last ones. I'm seeing my doctor Monday. I feel lousy. But at least I'm alive.

LauraSue,
Sorry you're not feeling well. I feel your pain (or maybe that's just my stupid migrane ). Just think, if you were able to make it 28 and 25 days migrane free, then you're definately on the right tract. Go see your doctor and hopefully you'll start to feel better soon.

Oh, LauraSue, that's just awful. I know it's very disheartening after having such good success. I sure hope you are well soon. Do you have any idea what triggered this one? I don't know much about migraines, but I've had family members who've had them and I just hate it that you have to fight those monsters! Hang in there, you're going to beat them again!!!!

Laura Sue, I hate to see you suffer with these mean old migraines. Do you have more triggers in the winter than the rest of the year? I wish I could help you and take them away forever! Get better soon girl!

Awwww, thanks everybody for your sympathy and concern. I think this one was caused by a food trigger, the first one I've identified. WALNUTS!!! We got some as a present and I ate quite a few on Wed so I think that's what triggered the attack on Thursday. Nuts are usually listed as a common food trigger for migraines, but I was kind of hoping I'd be exempt. Silly me!
So I guess I'll be avoiding walnuts and other tree nuts for awhile. Fortunately peanuts are actually legumes so they're fine! Good thing since I practically live on peanut butter!
Hope you're all doing well!

Well, at least you have an idea of what caused it, and that's good to know. So, how are you feeling now? I'm hoping you're doing much better. Terri
