yes you'll pay but as long as its once in ablue moon- enjoy the treat- thats what I do.. though chocolate is a lot less tempting out these days because I'm satisfying my chocolate tooth at home on safe things regularly...
Oh, I hear ya.....this was just a shocker to my tummy...the last time I ate something like this was in Vegas and it was not nearly as rich....(great quality baby)..... I'll live.....

Shell I can totaly relate to you today!! Went to luch with my best friend and the kids and put RANCH dressing on my SALAD!!! THEN & THEN ( hanging my head in shame ) I had hot fudge sunde!!!!! I am already paying for it but oooooo sssssssooooooo worth it!!!! It felt good to sit down in a resturant and eat like a normal person!! Hey we all have our days!!! Safe and low fate dinners for us tonight!!!!
Hugs
UUUmm/.... blue cheese on a side salad...sounds sooo good!! I'm ok with that as long as I have bread or something first!! In a resturant...my weakness is cheesecake, creme brule, & tiramisu..... ALL of which are NO NO'S for IBS (at least from the resturants)....
Tonight is homemade chicken noodle soup.... we are having BBQ Chicken Sandwichs from the crockpot!!! Cheese CAKE!!!! UUUUUMMMM DROOLING HERE!!! OY bad taste buds bad bad bad LOL That sound yummy too...I was thinking about trying that too....I'm waiting until after Christmas to try a bunch of slow cooker stuff cuz I asked Santa for a delayed timer for the outlet to the cooker so it is not ready so early.... most recipes are 4-8 hours cooking...and by time I get home from the gym it has been 13-1/2 hours since I left the house.

I was a bad girl today, too! I ate some chocolate. Expensive, fancy truffles. They were sooooo yummy! This was the first time I cheated since going on the diet in August. Hopefully my tummy won't get too mad at me.

Ive just had 4(yes 4) big rice krispie squares things that my flatmate made with full fat toffees and marshmallows!! I was kinda thinking the marshmallows and rice krispies would cancel out the fact that the toffees are the hardcore full of fat and dairy ones....but no...it seems belly doesnt like!!
