Well, he's not home yet, but he's ours!!!! He's only 5 weeks old atm so he has a few more weeks with his siblings before we bring him home. He's soooo cute! He's a liver and white working English Springer Spaniel.
We went to meet the breeder yesterday. ALL the pups were so cute and there were so many of them! I wanted to take all of them. But this pup and my husband just clicked. He's the biggest of his litter and sooo inquisitive and brave. I think we might get the biggest Springer Spaniel ever!
We've decided to call him Archie.
I'm so excited!

Ooooh! My mum has an English Springer, and they're lovely dogs. You've got to be really vigilant about brushing them though, as they're really fluffy and they just LOVE to get filthy!

I grew up with an English Springer Spaniel. She was beautiful, and so affectionate and loving. I miss her so much! She lived to be about 14. She was the best doggie ever and my mom and I still talk about her (and to her) all the time.
Congrats, enjoy her. Those dogs love to be loved and give love!
