Michele - the gap jeans

I didn't want to make that whole long list of posts come back up just for my post.  But anyways I wanted to tell you that I went to the Gap last night to buy a pair of the ultra low rise jeans and I have pretty big thighs from so many years of dancing and I tried on an 8 and a 10 and there was like no way they were going to get all the way past my thighs but any size bigger was going to be too big. So I was looking at the chart on the dressing room door that shows a breakdown of the fits of their different jeans and the Ultra Low Rise fit slim through the leg while the others that are just low rise are loose fit. So I don't know if that helps you with your decision, but I would definitely make sure to try them on before buying them. And they had some different washes to choose from, but they were kind of weird and really stripey and went from really light to really dark. You'll have to see what you think. I did go to Old Navy afterwards though and got jeans from there that fit much better cause they had a little stretch and their really low rise version was much better. Well I hope this helps. Thanks Brittany!!! I decided to wait for the moment on the gap ones, I'm afraid they will be too tight in the thigs. I had to order some slacks for work so I ordered some stuff from Victoria Secret. I ordered a pair of their christie fit slacks, a pair of low rise, loose fit jeans WITH a draw string-I thought the draw string would help with the butt crack issue as I have a bubble butt and most everything gaps at the crack-not pretty!! And a pair of cords in a low waist loose fit also, I think it was their london jean brand on the cords. Anyway, they should be in next week and I'll be sure to report on how I like them!!
Its impossible to get out and try anything on right now because of the foot! The pain is getting better but I still can't put any weight at all on it. I see the ortohpedic specialist next Friday. I hope he will take the hard cast off and give me a walking boot so I can remove it to shower and sleep. The hair on my leg is starting to grow in  and its itchy!!! I almost lost a pencil down my cast earlier trying to scratch the itchy!!

Well I'm glad you found some pants. I've never bought anything from Victoria's Secret clothing wise but I'm always so tempted to. I might just have to take another look!
