but the application deadline was nov 1st so I am not surprised I haven't heard yet...I don't think anyone would employ anyone if they knew there was quite a possible possibility that they would leave soon!
ohhhhh...nevermind...we'll see how it works out. I really want to get into my masters course..its my dream!

thank you...the thing is I really really want to do my masters. it really is my dream and even a job offering me a million dollars wouldn't stop me. I really believe in education and enjoy it. So obviously I am nervous too about not getting in and having to sob a bit if I don't!

tuition check = bill for the amount due that semester. I always forget that brits and americans use check and bill differently!

Well it's not an exact science. They might accept you just a couple days before the semster starts, and then the money would be due right away. I'm just guessing that they'll have to make their decision fairly soon, because they will want their money. I really think you should just call them and see if they know anything yet.

If you do get into Uni, then I'll bet they'll understand and if you don't, perfect! You might even wind up with a job for the holidays or for when you graduate!
