I just ate an almond Joy!! this after spending the moring in the bathroom!!! Thick headed with a soft tummy not a good thing!! I may need surgery to remove the candy bowl from my face!!! Not to mention the fat from A$$!!!
We should be taken out back and wipped for our bad deads!! UUUMM come to think of it that might not such a bad punshiment!! WINK WINK!!!  O Rich I have been a naughty ggggrrrillll!!!!

Hi, I'm Sunshyne and I'm addicted to caffeine
I can't stop drinking coffee... actually, I now know EXACTLY how long a cup of coffee with 2 tblsp of creamer and a tsp of splenda takes to hit me and leave... If I start drinking it at the beginning of the hour, it will have done its thing, and I will be over it by the half hour...  So, as long as I don't have to leave withing 45 mins of the first sip, I'm all good...
is that insanity?????

It's always the late night commercials that get me, I am like a zombie, "I really DO need a cheeseburger... must get cheeseburger..." Luckily, I don't have a McDonalds close enough to me to make that mistake very often!

I think you are totally right about getting that little ray of light before you go on holiday 'cause now you'll be extra careful. A bad belly would definitely make for a no-fun vacation!

Fries (sigh) Oh how I miss you! I really really miss them. Also a big cheesy pizza with pepperoni. I have snuck some chocolate since Halloween and man oh man am I plugged up with gas! (sorry)

It happens to the best of us... I didn't tell anyone, but I ate a couple of french fries on my birthday when I was at the bar (I was pretty intoxicated by then, I didn't have any self control!). I haven't had ANYTHING fried since I have been on this diet. My BF looked at me funny, and I said "Shut up! It's my birthday and I will do WHATEVER I want to do!"
Everyone does it. Everyone pays. Like my drinking binge, I don't think I have yet recovered the havoc it wreaked on me. Best you can do is just pick yourself back up and get back to normal, and not fall off the wagon again! Well, unless it is REALLY worth it
