HELP! People keep on bringing doughnuts into work and I'm having a major problem avoiding sugar atm! I'm so wiped out with Fibro that I need it (okay, I'm addicted), but I sure don't need doughnuts! Eeek! I'm gonna weigh 2 tons by the time I leave this job!

Nelly- discover the world of ADBs- so chocolately they are too chocolatey and you have to stop eating them! I miss chocolate but have gotten over it, cookies are harder to get over I think, especially ones with chocolate chips and nuts. (drooling..)

Linz-I know what you mean about sugar, we have chocolate and sweets at least three days a week. My colleagues have started to buy me IBS friendly treats so that I won't be tempted so I am loading up on jellybabies, marshmallows, M&S boiled sweets. I cannot live without my sugar. Tried the new fruit smarties yesterday, they are skittles by another name, and quite tasty, but confusing as the colours are not the usual ones for the flavour ie the red one is not strawberry. I like them!

Jam doughnuts are very hard to resist alright, but I am finding the fat from anything deep fried hurts me too much. I am going to have to order those donut pans and make safe donuts...one of these days..

mmmm sugar.....

Hey Linz,

When the Astros were winning one of the gals at work brought in some doughnuts......and the box was just sitting there calling out to me.....Of course, I had to have one.....I couldn't help myself. The next day I paid for it and learned my lesson. It's just so hard when it's right in front of you. AGRRRRRRR!

We have 2 BAGS because I have 2 kids!!! I keep sneaking things out of it and I've been a mess this week but I keep eating it.

As for working, I'm so glad I stay home. When I was working I was gaining weight because of all the junk people brought in and going out to lunch. Now that I stay home, I just don't buy it, therefore I don't eat it. However, candy holidays are a different story!

I do have a chocolate recommendation for you all though....I can only eat one of the little tiny squares and that does it for me since it's SUPER chocolate and it doesn't have any dairy in it, just chocolate, vanilla, and sugar. Here's the link, but beware, it's the best chocolate I've EVER had and it's a little pricey but worth EVERY penny! Scharrfenberger chocolate Now that you ALL are smacking me, I'll leave
