With everything that has been going on I forgot to post this early!! I weighed myself when we went to the doc with Kenna on Thursday.
I have lost 4 more pounds!!!! So my total weight loss is 48 pounds since DEC and 26 pounds since july!!!!!!
VERY HAPPY!!!! My new pants are starting to get a little loose!!! I Love it!!!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Well done Heather, your confidence must be soaring! Its so good to have loose pants when you are trying to lose weight. I had such an easy time shopping at the weekend as I used to be between sizes but since I lost the weight I can fit perfectly in the smaller size and I feel great!

Good for you, that's awesome news!! Doesn't it make you feel heaps better when something goes right?? Especially when your clothes start to fit a lil' better - or are too loose and you gotta get new ones, what a feeling!!
