I used to have yogurt twice a day and cheese twice too. If I can cut out it you DEFINITELY can. Is the dairy worth risking a recurrence of the side pain..I know i will do ANYTHING to avoid a recurrence of my "doubled over" pain. C'mon Heather you can do it. The Tofutti "Mozzarella" slices are AWFUL, really plastic tasting and very expensive. Could you try FF Miracle Whip or Mayo with your dinner instead as something creamy?
