I'm really paying for it today. I have a sort of gross question but I know you all won't be offended...Do any of you IBS-D people ever leak stool and not know it??? I told the dr. about it but she didn't seem to concerned. Said that my muscle tone isn't quite what it used to be because I birthed my first daughter's GIANT head and had lots of tearing. She just said to take more SFS's because that would help. This is just SO embarrassing to me. SFSs should def. help. And when I had a problem with mucous (yes, lovely!) I wore panty liners all the time so I could just change that if I had a problem.
