Hi Shell,
I think it's really awesome that you have gotten into these walk/runs things. My mom has always been into exercise, but in the last few years she got really into running.. She started out walking, but now she runs. She is doing really well for it, too.. she says it makes her feel a lot better and she has lost loads of weight doing it as well.
I just think you're doing an excellent job with all this and being able to stick to it. I wish I could say the same for myself, for now I will have to live vicariously (sp??) through you!

Sounds like fun Shell!!! Wish I could be there with ya!! I love doing walks! Every year in Minnesota there's a "Walk for Animals" hosted by the Animal Humane Society, I've done it for 7 years. Sniff sniff...I'm gonna miss it!

Thanks sweetie!! Ya know I just did a yahoo search for " Humane Society walk mn" and a whole bunch of sites came up.... so you don't have to miss out after all. You may have missed one for 2004 but there is always next year
