I miss ice cream...

I went home for my last supper before the scope and I wanted to eat everthing,after dinner I went to a local ice cream place got a sundae and my mouth was happy but my stomach was not...I'm really paying for it now

Cherry, do a search in the Diet Board. You'll find a bazillion posts about our favorite soy ice cream. Mine's Mocha Fudge. YUMMMMMMY! If you do a search, plug in "Mocha Fudge." You'll see all my praises. Hubby and I actually did a test taste. We went to the health food store and bought every flavor and every brand the store had, came home and took a spoon to each carton. Both of us agreed -- Mocha Fudge won hands down! Kree likes Cookie Avalanche best, but I disagree with her; Mocha Fudge rocks!
You don't have to miss ice cream. Try the soy; you'll be amazed -- but you might want to wait until this attack passes. (Sorry.)

or make your own- I use our ice cream freezer and make heathers chocolate silk pudding and put ti through there wihtout chilling it first- YUMMY! I need to make a bigger batch because my diabetic friend loves it and I promised her some for her freezer next time.. if I make it with soy milk it has enough fiber to offset the carbs in it and is virtually a free point snack for her on her diabetic carb counting, and still a yummy treat.. I love it..
