I'm feeling like I'm taking and not giving here, but I still have questions about things and don't know where the answers are. Even though I'm not sure I have IBS any more, I bought the package with the teas as well as some acacia. I made my version of sun tea out of the mint tea, that is, without boiling the water, and I made it real strong. I noticed a little cramping. Can you overdo it with this stuff? I don't know if it has any harmful effects if used immoderately the way I did the first day. They weren't the same as the D cramps. Also, since I've been using the teas and the acacia, I haven't had anywhere near the problem I had with craving foods all day, especially unhealthy foods like chocolate, fatty foods like chips and all kinds of trigger and otherwise unhealthy stuff. I'm not eating as much. I haven't been making the tea as strong as I did the first day. But could I be doing something wrong that will hurt me? I don't miss the binging, believe me, but don't want to pay for it with other health problems.
BTW, the teas are really delicious and are helping me drink a much healthier amount of fluid every day.
Almost no D and no Immodium in three weeks! I was trying to keep them in business singlehanded before. I lived on coffe, chocolate, fatty meats and Immodium.
I'm trying to make the transition to a healthier lifestyle!
