I've seen two different Gastro docs, in my quest to find out what's wrong with me. When I asked the first one about taking probiotics, she said "Yeah, give it a try." When I asked the 2nd one, she said "No, don't bother, they won't do anything." What is everyone's experience with taking probiotics to help manage IBS? Thanks!

I can never tell if they make me feel worse, better, or don't do anything at all. I know when I tried Kombucha, it made me feel horrible.

Look up Florajen 3. Has great reviews, and a lot of reviewers commented how it helped them with their IBS or Crohns. I've been taking it for a week now and I must say, it is the first probiotic that hasn't made me feel gassy or nauseated after taking it. It's refrigerated so the pharmacy's have it, just ask.
