Does anyone know if the supplement ZMA would be considered safe? Heres the info...
Amount Per Serving:
Zinc: 30mg (as monomethionine and aspartate) Magnesium: 450mg (as aspartate) Vitamin B6: 10.5mg (as pyridoxine HCl)
Other Ingredients: Rice Powder, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate.

The magnesium would be problematic if you are IBS-D but helpful if you are IBS-C. Magnesium is actually used to alleviate C, so it will make D worse. So if you are IBS-C this could be helpful. is this a product for IBS?

No it isn't, I learned about it when I first got into weightlifting. It claims increased testosterone levels but mainly I used it to get awesome sleep. So I was thinking of taking it again for that, besides I'm not taking a multi so I thought I may benefit from the zinc, mag, and b6. And I am more prone to C so I wasn't too worried about the mag. In fact I was very regular when I took it come to think of it...

How good is ZMA relative to Melotonin for sleep? I find melotonin can cause C....is ZMA safer in this regard?
