I've completed Phase 1 of my behavior modification plan and am starting Phase 2. A full description of that Phase is here . I'll post each day as a reply to this post.

Behavior Modification: My score is 31 - Fail This means I'm supposed to start over at Day 1 of Phase 2 but I'm going to keep going so tomorrow - Thursday - will still be Day 4 of Phase 2.
