I was wondering if having stool stuck in me when I go to bed can cause me to be tired and crabby? maybe not getting a deep sleep? I've noticed with my ibs I often feel, hard to explain, pressure or like a tiny headache is there...like when I ate something bad.

Constipation definitely contributes to my feeling tired and crabby. If I remember correctly from Biology class, we all need at least 4 hours of unbroken sleep in order to get into deep REM sleep which is the kind we really need. When I sleep 7 hours, but they're in short spurts - say 2 hr., 3 hr and 2 hr - I haven't had a good night's sleep and I'm really tired the next day.
All I can suggest is to try to eat as much IF as you can handle without aggravating your colon. And try fennel tea; Heather's seems to be pretty good. I can get some locally, but I think it takes 2 cups of it to get the same effect as one cup of Heather's tea. If you have a local source for fennel tea, try some.
Best wishes -

I guess I'm not ibs c..but d..but I don't get diarreah..mushy stools or bloating and gas and not going to the bathroom if I eat alot of no no foods or IF foods..I have hyperdefication..I drink a srong cofee pot of cammomile or fennel everyday. It's crazy..its been a week or more and I'm still trying to get to where my ibs was..its especially off balance since I ate too many bad foods..I'm paying for it and It made me so scared that I've started to eat less and am going to lose weight and, sometime maybe after I follow my diet for a month or more or after I finish the ibs audio program while following my diet..I will exercise tool
