Hey Dragonfly! I have been around. Just reading some of the posts and whatnot. I haven't reported anything lately because it's a pain to write the stuff out 2 or 3 times. Been keeping a food journal and Blood Glucose journal on paper. I have to transfer that at some point before the end of month to an electronic version, **ugh** to turn into my diabetes doctor and dietician. I'm hoping to get a One Touch Ultra Smart monitor from a friend at my church. Then I just track/enter everything (blood glucose, exercise, food, etc.) into one place and I can upload to computer, email, print out, etc..
I read you bought the Hypnosis for IBS cd's, did you get them yet? How's that going for you? I know it says not to start over if you stop in the middle of the 100 days, but I only got to like day 10 because I found a good book to read before bed.
Well, I'm at work **shhhh don't tell my boss**, my lunch break is over, so guess I need to get back to some work.
