Sorry, I just didn't want to continue this thread in my journal... It's making it a bit difficult to keep track of my days because I view posts in flat mode.

The Acacia powder should help with this - if you are C then it helps to soften and bulk up the stool and make it easier to pass. If you are D, then it should help absorb the excess water, making it more normal.

Started taking Powder today [1/2 tspn twice thus far], plus a Peppermint pill and tea - i am NOT a tea drinker, so this was the most painful part of all. Crampy today, with a normal BM this morning, but had to go unexpectedly early this afternoon before I went to the gym. its these type of episodes that I am confused by and looking to eliminate with this therapy. Not knowing when, or what strength the D will come is what frustrates me - any thoughts?
