Cereal and Rice milk
*lots of bloating and nausea today... I think it's from a new BC pill, but either way, today certainly isn't great.
Lunch: felt a bit brave, so had BBQ chicken on roll, pretzels. Really craving a coke and do not want to give in....!
dinner: chicken taco salad with orange peppers.
1/2 smore with dark choco chips and 1 marshmallow.
Feeling pretty good this evening. Trying to drink a lot of water and tea so I can go to bed with an empty stomach to see if that helps waking up with gas pains in the night. I need to sleep!

yesterday wasn't the greatest eating day, but I want to be held accountable so I'm posting it anyway.... BREAKFAST: cinnamon life and rice milk LUNCH: lean cuisine shrimp lo mein thing, 1 piece bread and butter, 2 no bake cookies (full of fat and milk. opps) SNACK: grande iced soy chai from starbucks (I try to avoid soy, so this made me very gassy. but it tasted great) DINNER: Waited way too long before eating. I was hanging with friends and waited for my husband to get off work. Finally went out to eat with him at 8 and got a big salad which I ate on an empty stomach. STUPID. Got home and ate some pretzels and choco chips
so...needless to say I feel horrible today. I just got home from teaching a few morning music classes and am glad to have nothing going on this afternoon. *note to self...don't eat like this again!!!

trying to get back on track...
BREAKFAST: apple jacks with rice milk
SNACK 100 cal pack
LUNCH: pasta with tomato sauce and one turkey meatball, small piece lowfat homemade chocolate cake. yum!
DINNER: potatoes, roast chicken and salad...and another piece of cake. but I did exercise today!!
I plan on doing some pilates before bed as well... and my husband and I are putting together our new dining room table! That is quite a workout!!
