Everyone post their report for what you did on 11/4 here.... (i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.
***************** This forum offers sane, supportive advice and encouragement for people incorporating IBS concerns with efforts to live a healthier life overall. Weight loss, weight gain, exercise, and workout issues are dealt with here. Though this board has threads that may focus on dieting, for specific IBS diet topics please see the Eating for IBS Diet Board , and the IBS diet guidelines as well.
This board offers a supportive environment specifically focused on fitness and health in conjunction with the IBS diet. Fad diets or weight loss diets that do not respect the guidelines of IBS dietary concerns will not be supported. Posts that do not fall within these guidelines will be removed.

UFO breakfast w/ 1/2 banana & 2 T walnuts 1/2 c blackberries
1/2 banana 1 1/2 T natural peanut butter 1/2 c unsweetened soy milk
2 eggs 1/4 c spinach UFO omelet filling apple
sauteed brussels sprouts 4 oz tempeh beet greens (at least a cup, maybe more) teriyaki sauce (about 2T) olive oil (1.5 T?)
UFO beverage w/ about 3 oz soy milk
1 bag barbeque soy crisps
1395 calories (though my olive oil amt. was guessed rather than measured, so this has a 100-calorie margin of error), 78g protein, 47% calories from fat.
Gym today: about 45 minutes weights, which felt really great, plus 20 minutes stretching.
I feel like snacking now, but I know that's because I'm tired and procrastinating from cleaning up my apartment and going to bed. So I'm not going to. I'm gonna wash the dishes in the sink, put away the clothes on my bed, brush my teeth and wash my face, and go to sleep.
Tomorrow I'm driving up to Providence for the day with some friends, so it'll be another day without a calorie count - when I'm eating out, after a while it gets silly to even estimate. But I know where we're eating lunch, and I can get a great salad there. Dinner & snacks are a total mystery - obviously this is easier when I can plan and cook myself - but as long as I keep my goals in mind, I'll be fine. The treat I'm really looking forward to is an iced herbal tea (unsweetened, of course) from my favorite tea place.
