Everyone post their report for what you did on 8/15 here....
(i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

As many of you know I've had the LAP BAND (weight loss surgery) I just wanted to let you all know that I'm down 26.5 pounds, that includes the 10 days of pre-op diet that started on 6/11/07 I had lost 13.5 pounds the morning of surgery on 6/21/07, so I've lost 13 pounds post-op!!
Gym: Cardio Kickboxing Class (60 mins) includes a few push ups, stretching, some abs, and cool down and THEN a second class called "Maxium Sculp" it is a weight class and it kicked my butt!!
Worked out for 2 hours + 7 mins, burned 1020 calories at 45% fat.

Wow, Shell! That's AWESOME! Not just the weight loss, but how well you're doing with the kickboxing and other exercise classes. You must be feeling pretty good about yourself and having a lot more energy. Woot! Keep up the great work!

Keep it up girl! I'm still with my karate and love it. A little stalled this summer, but I go when I can. Gotta look better by Oct so I need to get my bod in gear! The hardest is the upper body.
