food = so so (emotional eating big time), not too much....just bad choices
gym = 30 mins treadmill, 30 mins weights/abs/squats

I don't know about you, but I've noticed that when I indulge in (or succumb to) emotional eating, it's never about polishing off that nice piece of fruit and having to have a soothing cup of herbal tea. No, somehow it always seems to involve sugar, fat, chocolate, and caffeine. Funny, isn't it?
