My eating habits have become just awful. So I have decided to start reporting in again -- I do a lot better when I have to admit all the bad stuff I've eaten.

Today was particularly horrendous so I am going to confess my sins in the hopes that I will feel embarrassed enough to do better tomorrow.

****Note: I do not have IBS so not everything I eat is IBS-safe.

Breakfast: dry generic Honeycombs
Snack: more Honeycombs
Lunch: turkey sub w/ lettuce and mayo, glutton-size chocolate chip cookie
Dinner: two garlic breadsticks (no butter/oil), four reduced-fat Oreos
Fluids: about 2 oz water and 2 gallons Cherry Coke & Pepsi

Thank goodness - no longer the Lone Reporter.

No diet will remove all the fat from your body because the brain is entirely fat.  Without a brain, you might look good, but all you could do is run for public office. - George Bernard Shaw

You can find a general overview of the behavior modification approach I'm using here. I'm currently on Phase 1.

Phase 1, Day 6
Score: 2 - Good

Still no exercise. And so little fluid I'm not even willing to admit to it.

The scoring ranges for Phase 1 are:
0: Excellent!
1-9: Good
10-19: Fair
20+: Start Again

I love that modification program. I am going to implement it. I need to get on track.... my diet is sort of under control. I think I have other things besides IBS going on and trying to get pregnant on top of all that so I NEED to balance myself and now. Thanks for the idea!
