Little Minnie,
How's it going with the routine? Is it still working for you? I am also interested in the mental effects. You say you have felt better, I can't remember how you put it, less depressed maybe, since starting. Is that benefit continuing? I've got the dvd's now and I'm going to start tonight. I got the most basic one. Which ones do you use? I am looking to lose about five lbs. and to get out of this really draggy depressed feeling that I've had since about October.
Hope to hear your success story.

I had been feeling very good on it. Lately I have been loagie and down and t tapping is not making a difference. I have not had any physical changes (maybe gained a pound or two) and no one on the forum is helping me figure out why I am not losing. I still enjoy tapping but my old hip injury is acting up and I have to be careful with certain moves.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

LM,
Sorry to hear things are not going as well for you now. My mood tends to go in cycles and it just seems like I have not been able to break this one for months. I am hoping that an exercise routine will at least help some. Anything would be better than sitting on my buns all night like I am now.
It's great that you stick with it though and are still enjoying it. I hope your blues go away soon. Spring is on the way - this may help both of us somewhat. Let's hope.
