I spent most of the day still sick from the D last night. I laid around and then napped and then did a little bit and made dinner. I didn't get to exercise again today. B: dry crispix 2B: oatmeal snacks: 100 cal popcorn, raisins, 20 peanuts, banana, orange dinner: 1 chicken breast with a red wine mushroom sauce (I made this for DH's lamb chops and there was beef stock in it), rosemary potatoes, salad with oranges and hazelnuts lots of tea except for my all day nausea and lethargy I think I am feeling ok.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I do feel like it is helping my IBS but I am not sure yet. I am hoping it really does and Heather and Theresa Tapp could be expert partners!
